Sponsor a class
For just 2000€, you could help a class in primary school for a year
You will offer the children the possibility of studying in good conditions for an entire year.
By sponsoring a class, you are taking up a socially responsible step and working in favour of education.
Sponsoring a class is also a unifying element, facilitating communication between you and all of your collaborators as you will meet each other to learn about the news of the children.
According to Children of Ningxia, a little less than 2000€ will suffice to finance a class of 30 pupils throughout an academic year. The balance (the actual needs of pupils subtracted from your donation) will be used for the functioning of the Association, especially our missions in Ningxia province. In the case of a significant balance, the rest of your donation will be contributed to scholarships for our students in universities, as tuition fees have become very high.
You can choose the following:
- The frequency of your contribution: a monthly rate of 167€, a quarterly rate of 500€, a biannual rate of 1000€, or an annual rate of 2000€.
- The method of payment: through bank transfer or by cheque for those who reside in France.
The class that you will be supporting will be selected by Children of Ningxia, from one of the remote areas in the county of Tongxin, in collaboration with local authorities.
Each pupil will be allocated an individual grant that will enable him/her to purchase school stationery, meals, etc.
During each field visit, Children of Ningxia will meet with your sponsored class to get the latest news. Then, a document containing photos of and interviews with pupils and the instructor will be sent to you.
For practical reasons, requests to sponsor classes will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In addition, the selection process will begin only after such a request has been made.
If you would like to help a class from now, it will benefit from your aide for the school year of 2012-2013, even if payment is made immediately.
You will receive news of the class from September 2012.
